SYNOPSIS: Outgoing, hardworking, African American citizen Jake Jackson (Billoah Greene), is on his way up the ladder of corporate success. Jake's ordeals begins one day when he is subjected to many racial biases. Being quite passive and naive to these circumstances, Jake writes it all off as just a matter of coincidence, but is it? Faced with a never ending struggle for equality, Jake finds himself quickly traveling down the path to insanity, but when he single-handedly captures a wanted Serial Killer (Carson Grant), his luck changes. "The Minority" has so far been screened at the following film festivals: Honorable Mention Award Winner, 2007 Pan African Film Festival, Los Angeles; 13th Annual Black Harvest Film Festival, Chicago; Urban Literary Film Festival, North Carolina.
