Based on th enovel by Marion Zimmer Bradley, here we have one of the best modern takes on Arthurian legends ruined by a bad screenplay adaptation. Skip the flick and read the book.
I really liked the legend of the mist of avalon, and the story of Morgaine! It's a really great movie that consumes you completly into the magical univers of the legends.
For a Cable TV Miniseries this was wonderful. I enjoyed watching every episode, the acting was great and it looked like it had a solid budget as well. This movie was completely enjoyable and true to the spirit of the book.
Julianna Marguiles makes an excellent witch as Morgana and she is sexy too!

excellent film it touched my heart and I never forgot it few movies do this. This one did.
