January 8, 2009Probably the worst of the 3 Mumm films but, def has the most action and special effects, yet the story is just a quick and mindless revenge piece. dissapointing. but you might as well watch it anyway.

I thought the movie was ok, but I still think the first two were better. Maria Bello didnt do justice to Evy's character and i think it was a pity Rachel Weisz was unable to star in this one.

August 26, 2008Dont go to the theatres expecting to see a sequal to the first 3 Mummy Movies... This movie is good, I enjoyed seeing it, but it doesnt even qualify as a sequal imo. The Change of actress's was a terrible mistake too.

As always the special effects are great. But I am somewhat disappointed not to see the original EVIE (Rachel Weisz) on this movie, she & Brendan have great chemistry together. And ALEX (Luke Ford) looks too old to be Brendan's son --- obviously the producer already have plans of making Luke Ford the lead character of subsequent MUMMY films. *sighs*
I hope they retain the original lead stars Rachel Weisz & Brendan Fraser on the next MUMMY movies. -

August 2, 2008I just saw the movie and I think it wasn't that good. It was hard for me to see it without Rachel Weisz in it. Not that I don't like Maria Bello, but I think it's very important to keep the main cast if you want to make a sequel. The battle between General Ming's army and Emperor's army was far behind the LOTR's battle in Pelenor Field. The Yeti(s) were unbelievably ridiculous and I was wondering, why Jet-Li turned into a three-headed Western Dragon instead of a Chinese Dragon? It was located in China, wasn't it?
Well, despite all of that things, the special effect was very cool though..and I like the jokes too -
August 1, 2008I just saw this movie and I loved it! I really did miss Rachel Weisz (sorry if I spelled that wrong) as Evie, and I missed all the things about Egypt, but overall it was great! Brendan Fraser is amazing and it was a funny, action packed movie

July 13, 2008I wish Rachel was going to be in this movie too, i mean she made Evy who she is, it's hard to replace her, but i'm still going to watch it and i think it's going to be great. I mean come on Brendan Fraser, what's not to like about him? then you have Jet Li, who doesn't want to watch him? and how about John Hannah? he is so funny playing Evy's brother. I can't wait to watch this movie especially with these three in it.
