Love Pippi Longstocking.. lol..
One of my all-time favorites as a child...
"Life is a dream, we live it for fun. No apologies to anyone"
I saw this when I was a kid I didnt like it as much as the original though.
The spunky Pippi Longstocking (Tami Erin) is stranded with her horse, Alfonso, & her pet monkey, Mr. Neilson, & takes up residence in the old family home.
Tommy Settegren (David Seaman, Jr) & Annika Settegren (Cory Crow) meet up with Pippi when the 3 become friends to get into v...( read more)
still remember the exact day i saw this for the first time: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, 1991 hahaha
This film adaptation of Astrid Lindgren's tale is pretty good adventure and funny. When I was 13 years old, this time spunky but lovable Pippi is a brat who manages to give me ideas about driving adults over the edge.
I think i saw this in school, when i was like in the 3rd grade. we were all pretty merciless, and made fun of it. i have'nt seen it since then
fucking copycats XD i grew up with the original movies, not this awful stuff.
i loved this movie when i was a kid and i still do! its way better than the cartoon version!
To this day, after watching it over and over as a child, I can't believe this film exists.
You forget how funny old movies are until you watch again. I loved this movie when I was little and still do. Really cute and funny.
Don't remember much about this except that I enjoy the story more when it is written on paper. Lindgren has the way with words which doesn't come forward in movie.
we have this movie, I think. It's sorta funny, but a little boring if you're not a kid.
I'm looking for this move every where.. I love it... It's the best Pippi movie i've seen. It's the kind movie you can see nomather waht age you are and still think it's good. It's sad that kids movies like this arn't made anymore.
I thought she was the stuff when I was a kid. I wanted to be her sooo bad. This is still one of my favorite movies. I watch it now, and I still get just as giddy over it as when I did when I was 3.
I grew up loving Pippi. One of the poorly made movies of the 80's that I love with all my heart.
