Nicholas Sparks seems to have a way of telling AWESOME stories; I am a fan of his work. I highly recommend this film.

February 11, 2007this is actually the best film ever made. I've watched it milions of times and I always cry my eyes out at the bit were she forgets who he is again. I love this film so much and I think that if you ever have a chance to watch it then you definately should.

January 27, 2007Great movie cried at the end!!! great romantic movie of a guy who reads this to his darling(alley) there life story then she finally remembers!!! They die together! almost like the titanic. Except they don't die together!! sad so sad i really do recommend this movie to anyone who likes romance and a great ending ..........just like the titanic the effect of the movie last's long very long great romance movie awesome!!!!!!plz get this movie and watch it if you don't watch this your miss'n out big time! plz plz plz plz plz plz plzz plz plz plz pl plz watch this please if you don't watch this movie it's a threat (kidding) .....................................................................(laugh) so you better watch this or else so enjoy!

January 6, 2007I have seen all three of this authors movies.... (Message in a Bottel, The Notebook, A Walk to Remember)and all three make you cry like hell.... but they are aall very good and worth the tears...

November 25, 2006OMG!! this is an AMAZING movie i love it now i'm not very lovey dovey and what ever but like omg it is like an amazing movie everyone should be made to watch it heres the story my cuzin is like all lovey dovey preppy girly person and she wanted to watch the movie andi was like no i want to watch a scary/gory movie and she was like eww gross no way and then she pulled the whole it my house thing so we sat there and whatched it andi loved it i actually liked it omg!! she was like i told you soo and stuff and then i was like shut up and she was like no and i was like i will pnch you and she shut up lol its funn! lol but it is like and amazing movie and everyone who hasn't watched it should watch it like right now its that good
and then after we like made my family whats it and they were all like omg i just got notebooked thats what we call it up it here when you watch the notebook (notreally) lol but yeah so its like a great movie and yall should go and watch ir like right now! -

October 15, 2006What I disliked about this movie though, was the two time difference plot line thingies, I thought the old one was unnecessary... however I was proved wrong later in the movie as I was to ignorant to hurry up and write a review of this movie... What was important about the two plot lines is at the end they intertwine, and after how many years of fools love do they finally find each other?
At death, this is parallelled by the picture of the flying ducks, then the credits rolled in, I absolutely loved that... However it did not make me cry, who knows why, because I am a sissy when it comes to movies. That is the only thing I can think this movie lacked... yeh making me cry. Other than that though it was a very very good Film, if you watch closely the introduction will tell you all ^_^ very good intro by the way too. -

Ohh goodness, this movie was brilliant. Young crazy love to begin with... that leads to something much more interesting.
yes interesting... The birds, how the love they share relates to the birds.
Ally:"I'm a bird! I'm a bird!"
Noah:"No you're not"
This is great... while they still love eachother and live only so far away you wouldn't think this line meant much... however this link between their love, and birds decieves more than once.
Ally leaves... Noah stays, conventially... why? She is a bird, he isn't time to migrate, sounds stupid, but its not.
I only picked this up.. well found it to be important after their small boat trip (when they are more adultary) through the beautiful water garden filled with paradise ducks, where Noah says something along the lines of: I'm not sure what they are doing here... they'll migrate soon enough again.
This is punny... but not funny, seeing as the love of his life, migrated also, but she came back :-)
