The classic comedy pairing of Matthau and Lemmon is fantastic, I love this film. Supporting cast are fantastic too!

February 21, 2009funny and twisted. makes you laugh and grimace. jack lemmon plays a neurotic type with a bit of o.c.d and a huge case of being a big girls blouse while matthau plays an every-guy. it's unusual watching but worth it

December 8, 2009One of the few cases where the resulting TV show was better than the movie. Interesting that Jack Lemmon co-starred with Jack Klugman in "Days of Wine and Roses" and later Jack Klugman would star in the TV show based on this movie.

August 20, 2009The pairing of Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon is always a good one, they work so well together. Great fun, extremely well written, better than most of Neil Simon's work. Very much a classic.
