The quiet border town of Santa Maria has been overrun by a gang of bandits who terrorize the peaceful - and in the case of Carmelita (Rita Ray), the beautiful - inhabitants. Steel, the Oklahoma Cyclone, disguises himself as a bandit to infiltrate the gang who has abducted his father, the sheriff.
