This is a very good movie!!!!!!!!!! At first I thought I wouldn't like it but I am very glad that I did watch this movie. It has alot of super great actors in it too.

We read the book at school and i watch the Movie online all the time. bestest thing that's ever happened to me! and about the complete novel version.. MUCH BETTER. me and my friends [who are obsessed with me] call the first version the Gay version and the complete novel the straight version. hha(:
and the music thing.. yeahh. the music is much better. i mean, why do they need to play Gloria three times?! i mean, it's an ahmazing song, but THREE different times?! hha I like the train song(:

January 25, 2008i agree that its better cos its longer! :) the only problem i had with it was when dally dies, i thought the old music went better rather than the rock music. it took the sadness out of it.

January 20, 2008hey =D, ilovejohnny04, i would like to say I LOVE THE COMPLETE NOVEL! i love it i love it i love it. they added more scenes and it developed the characters more. plus we got to find out soda and steve ACTUALLY EXISTED! in the first one they were only in there like once. and i thought the new music was good too. it sounded like stuff they would actually listen to. it made the movie more realistic. i get your point about the music being more light than the older version, but i just liked the complete novel WAY BETTER.

whats peoples oppinions on the complete novel version to the first version. i didnt like the music they added. in dally's last scene i thought that the use of rock music took the sadness out of the scene and made dally out to be an average hoodlem rather than someone in desperation.
anyhoo thats my oppinion. anyone agree/disagree? id like to know. :) -

I watched this movie at the age of 10. I couldn't even remember who were the names of people behind the scene. All I could say that 'I LIKED THIS MOVIE'. 24 Years later, I've finally known that one of the great-actors/performers is my fav-artist:Patrick Swayze (GHOST-w/ Demi Moore). I hope to watch this movie again, & again....& again... Try it & you'll see!!!
