    A classic and a true original film for its time. perhaps one of the most creative stories put to film in its time.

    The original 1960s Disney version is far superior to the sequels or the remake in the 1990s. Twin girls plot to get their broken up parents new loves. Young Haylie Mills begins her career.

    One of my favourite movies to watch over and over again. Hayley Mills is enchanting in this role. Not a fan of the Lindsay Lohan remake, mind you.

    This is a classic movie that is hilarious movie! I actually love this 1 more that the one with lyndey lohan in it! I don't know if it's vecause it has better acting or it's just way out better!

    LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! I have seen this movie millions of times. I've watched it ever since I was a little kid. The remake was okay, but it could never replace the original.

    I'd like to see the familiar tale of separated twin sisters who plot to reunite their parents. This movie is "The Parent Trap", the 1961 original with Hayley Mills.

    Every person cast in this movie was perfect for their parts. Maureen O'Hara never looked better. A movie that never needed to be remade.

    This is the original and fantastic. Brian Keith was the hunk of his time. And Hayley Mills was of course Hayley Mills.

    So much better than the re-make! There is a great chemistry between Brian Keith and Maureen O'Hara. - very sexy for a 60's disney movie. Hayley Mills as the saucy and sneaky twins (Sharon and Susan) delivers and excellent performance as well., as she pulls off tons of impish pranks. Full of humor and wholesome family fun.

    This is one of those cases where you CANNOT improve on the original. This was a beautiful, cheeky, funny and moving story of twin sisters, separated by unfortunate circumstances. They find each other as foes when shipped off to camp and end up best friends. I cannot stress enough how much better this one is compared to the one with Lindsay Lohan which a lot of you may have seen

    Saw the one with Lindsay Lohan when she actually had appeal as a cute little actress. Never saw this one, and don't really care.

    I love love love this movie so much. My mom and I used to watch it all the time. I can quote most of it verbatim because Is aw it so much. Hayley Mills is such a good actress. Maureen O'Hara is beautiful and Keith David is pretty sexy for an old dude.

    Horrible! I saw this AFTER I had already seen Lindsay Lohan's version--in this film, it's clear why the couple broke up in the first place. They will be clawing each other's throats if they ever reunited!

    quite funny n interesting sometimes! n how the both twins know each other at a summer camp! which they're diviores parent's dun even mention 'bout they've twins! How they argued at de summer camp which get them into a great trouble!

    I grew up with a single mother.......that is probably the reason I am very familiar with this movie.
