Although this movie may lack a bit in the acting talent, the plot is so ineresting, it is easy to become caught up in the "time travel' and overlook the acting. The storyline is powerful.

Time travel story that's strangely devoid of the usual humour and charm that's associated with this kind of thing. Dull and rather pointless; the similar The Final Countdown is far better.

An entertaining movie. Nevertheless, the references to the Philadelphia experiment's background are vague: no mention to Einstein nor Tesla nor to the conspiracy theories around the subject. Also, the love history doesn't add nothing at all to the movie. In the proper hands (read... ...( read more )

The book was great. Also, I grew up in Charleston, SC, and in one scene, Charlie Hall, a local newscaster, has a few lines as a captain. Great movie.
