I enjoyed this film a lot about a couple of Navy boys who were on a ship that was to be tested to see if they could make it invisible on radar and they get transported 40 years into the future without explanation. It's a low budget film so you have to bear with the visual effects although i enjoyed the vintigeness of a non-CGI movie, the actings a bit ropey but i just loved the story. The romance was a stupid idea and just gets in the way, overall a fun and intresting film about time travel.

cred ca as revedea cu placere acest film de fiecare data si m-as simti ca si cum exista cineva, departe, care se gandeste la mine. Chiar daca timpul se rupe uneori ...

An entertaining movie. Nevertheless, the references to the Philadelphia experiment's background are vague: no mention to Einstein nor Tesla nor to the conspiracy theories around the subject. Also, the love history doesn't add nothing at all to the movie. In the proper hands (read Spielberg, for ex.), this would have been a five-stars movie.

The book was great. Also, I grew up in Charleston, SC, and in one scene, Charlie Hall, a local newscaster, has a few lines as a captain. Great movie.

Although it does sound exciting, the poster reminds me of a grade 6 photography assignment. Think I'm gonna have to pass.

I was a big Michael Pare fan back in the day, so I enjoyed it. I think it makes a good Sunday afternoon time-waster.

Another classic sci fi movie from the 80's. Michael Pare was brillant and for a 13 year old kid at the time, it was magical to watch. (today its probably faded with time, but hope to come across it again one day)

A very good premise that wasn't executed properly. A bit dumb at times, but a decent movie. If you're a conspiracy theorist this is a wet dream for you.

Although this movie may lack a bit in the acting talent, the plot is so ineresting, it is easy to become caught up in the "time travel' and overlook the acting. The storyline is powerful.

Saliors aboard a destroyer back in WWII are used as a time traveling experiment and as the experiment goes wrong, two sailors jump ship to escape. When they do they are hurled to the 1980's and are forced to find out what happened to their shipmates. During their 80's stay, they are pursued by a back cloud which is the time portal they escaped. Good plot, and a bit of time flip flop but to to confusing. Good movie.

A surprisingly good movie starring a somewhat underrated Michael Pare. His second best film next to Eddie and the Cruisers.

A good time travel film about a World War II soldiers who travel through time to 1984. Michael Pare and Nancy Allen star in this cult classic film. A great story and great effects.

Time travel story that's strangely devoid of the usual humour and charm that's associated with this kind of thing. Dull and rather pointless; the similar The Final Countdown is far better.

Kind of cheesy but also thought provoking and suspenseful. Michael Pare' deserves a special award as one of the best good/bad actors of the 80's

Fun 80's sci-fi with the added bonus of the actual experiment really did happen. Details are it is still classified to this day. :-p
