I remember falling in love with this record first,as young as 3 years old, sitting on the floor looking at all the pictures and story line in the inside of the album cover. I played it over and over and over, my favorite song "Me and my Arrow" considering I was inseparable from my own dog at the time. Soon after, I saw the movie and the movie has since held a place in my memory, life, and heart as one of my all time favorite movies. As I gained maturity and insight into the deeper political meaning behind it's theme, it didn't surprise me that I inherently loved this classic animation straight out of the womb so to speak. I have to give it 5 stars for the nostalgic connection I have to this movie.

An old favourite of mine! This movie taught me at a young age that you can cope well even if you're different.

Cute little story about one boy that did not fit in because he was different than anyone in his village, but after being thrown out and was sent to the pointless forest, he then realized that everything and everyone in the world is different.

A great film about being original while still trying to belong..I can still remember the music in my head. It's a little weird to watch, but young kids don't know that..They only know that it's entertaining and unforgettable!

Assuming that this is the made for TV movie with all the music etc by Harry Nilsson: This is probably one of my favorite old cartoons ever. It's such a great film with an awesome premise and a great idea behind it. <3 <3

Wonderful. I still have a crappy old recorded VHS of this from the 80s XD I love it completely though, hehehe...!
