Cop investigates murder blah blah clashes with military ho hum falls for daughter yadda yadda. Harmon and Ryan make a dreary and unconvincing couple, and the cliched plot barely holds the attention. This is a decent murder mystery thriller. Sean Connery is great in this. Mark Harmon is okay as well. The story is good and has some decent action. Worth a watch.
