Pretty much the same movie as Bloodsport set in the early 20th century with a more "elaborate" plot. I don't know why but I love this movie.

A reasonable cast and some nice looks only save this feeble film. Its basically just a rehash of 'Bloodsport' with virtually the same types of fighters, plot and fight sequences!!
Roger Moore adds alittle class but thats about it really.

Essentially JCVD redoing Bloodsport. Some nice sub plots keep it from being a total drag.

A brutal reminder to NEVER let Van Damme, direct...or write...just let him hit people and it's all good...

This is a solid action film. The movie stars Jean Claude Van Damme and Roger Moore. Basically about this martial arts and fighting competition for this Golden Dragon. The movie reminds a lot of a Tekken or Mortal Kombat type story line. The film is full of action and fight sequen...( read more)ces. I simple story and decent action made for a decent film. Worth a watch if your a Jean Claude Van Damme fan.

I'm only giving it a single star, even though some of the martial artts look decent, just because it's so Gawdafully plotted.

I mean, how fucked up is that? A martial arts film in which the martial arts aren't enough to outweigh the shitty plot?

It was an okay watch via cable...( read more), but I'd never look at this again.

    Pass.
