  A real, painfully forced entry. It takes on the old alternate reality scenario. Jack Frost wants to steal Santa's limelight by becoming Santa. In this offering the human drama is sidelined, and is the simple getting on with the in-laws shtick. There's really not a lot to like here, as it all just feels like a quick cheap installment. The plot seems rushed and lazy. The focus of the first two was Allen's relationship with his son, which is now completely gone. There's nothing in here that excites as much as the second, nor warms the heart or makes you laugh like the first.

  I can still watch this movie, because I really would watch anything that has anything to do with christmas during the holidays, but it is definately, extremely disappointing!

  This is my first <i>Santa Clause</i> series I watched. It is so cute, sweet and innocuous fun. Tim Allen's title role is perfect and Martin Short is excellent as Jack Frost. He is so evil and he does it well. Ann-Margaret and Alan Arkin are terrific supporting actors as Mrs. Clause's parents.

  For a third this movie is good. It's nothing classic and not quite as funny as one would think it could be with Tim Allen and Martin Short but it is worth watching. Positives: Same actors three movies in a row! The reason most sequals, by the third, gets stupid is because the actors are getting stupid.. but this one they are the same.. it's funny at parts.. it's creative as hell.. we get too see a little space travel to the first classic movie. Negatives: The movie spends about 75% of it leading up to what is going to happen at the end and then the ending is crammed into about 20-minutes in which it made for not a good out come. The ending is a little sloppy, creativeness of the movie seems to go south towards it, Overall for a third movie this movie cannot be discredited. I have not seen to many threequals that are as good as this.

  good movie, better than the second one or at least with a better story. I has a lot of funny moments. The cast is good, specially Martin Short and Tim Allen. This is a perfect movie for this holidays, to spend a very good time wuth the family

  A horrid and unnecessary third installment that is what it sets out to be, a money maker for Tim Allen and Disney in their creativity drained days. Martin Short and some visual sparkle get this film a star, but it should have been much better. And it still is so weird how well he gets along with his ex-wife and her husband and daughter. The family situation there is too unrealistic to even remotely resemble holiday cheer.
