Why does Ewan look like that on the cover when he looked nothing like that in the movie? Than the synopsis sucks, it's a little twisted film about this nutty gal and there's some cool info on how they used to treat psychosis

I loved this movie :-) It reminds a bit of the Draughtsman's contract, but is better.
