A stunning adaptation that betters the Bronte novel, and I idolise the Brontes. Still don't know why she falls for Stephens though, apart from the... obvious attractions. Can't blame the film for the novel's failings though.

This is one of the best, most unheard of period films of all time. There is love, sorrow, heartache and of course romance. Tara Fitzgerald captures the character of Helen perfectly and totally brings her to life.

Good adaptation even if it does change things quite a bit. Great acting by all and some very sexy men

There were some parts that were worthy but I wasn't as drawn to the characters or the actors in the way I have been with other movies. There were a few scenes that Tara did well.
