The Whole Shootin' Match
The Whole Shootin' Match stars Lou Perry and Sonny Davis as a pair of perennial losers. Unable to make a go at any other line of work, they decide to tap the "rich hippie" market (they weren't called "yuppies" yet). Thus, the two go into the polyurethane business. Though shot on a low budget, The Whole Shootin' Match has an indefinable charm that sets it apart. Director, co-producer and co-writer Eagle Pennell has fashioned a genuine "sleeper."

Critic Reviews from Rotten Tomatoes

"It's no revolution, but comic-pastoral traditionalism refined to its essence."
