    quality tested and assured. passed with flying colours (spelt the english way coz all you fucking americans suck my fucking dick? can you tell i'm having an anti-U.S. day today? don't worry... tomorrow it'll be anti somebody else)! anywho... anthony... god bless him... or mohamme...( read more)d bless him... or malcolm X... whoever floats your boat... he was awesomesauce! this could well be possibly his best acting in any film i've seen him in. it might not be but if it isn't that's purely because i've forgot. erm... the story of the speed freak record breaker keeps you in touch by throwing new characters into the fray every five minutes. it's a gift for people with A.D.D... i don't know any fucked up people though. last word on the subject: PHWOARRRR!

The film does what it sets out to do:...( read more) educates about a mostly unknown historical figure (without doctoring the facts too much), entertains, and uplifts. And Sir Anthony Hopkins pulls off (almost secretly) one of the best performances of his career, by making justice to Munro's complicated emotional framework.

    Nice feel-good biopic of Burt Munro, who apparently still holds the world motorcycle speed record in the under 1000cc class.
