November 2, 2008Cute Shirley Temple movie. The movie was adorable and loved the part when she dumped Ashes on the snotty rich girl! haha. ;) A favorite of mine back in the day.

December 25, 2009Typical Shirly Temple movie, plenty of melodrama.. however, I was expecting a little more song and dance? The movie was cute, however, not being from that generation, I appreciated the 90s re-make more.

December 17, 2009There is no actor I've disliked watching more than young Shirley Temple. Skip this lame star vehicle and rent Alfonso Cuarón's lovely 1995 adaptation of the same book, "A Little Princess", instead.

November 19, 2009Not as good as the more recent version of this classic book. I have read this so many times the spine on my book is nearly falling apart. A lovely story, but Shirley Temple can't really pull it off.
