Innocent young Johanna Metz is hired for a modelling job in South America. Upon her arrival, she finds herself broke, stranded and at the beck and call of a criminal gang. Escaping from the crooks, Johanna is rescued by Scott Brady, an engineer in the employ of tycoon Raymond Burr. Unfortunately, Burr turns out to be the leader of the gang from whom Johanna has escaped. This is from the forgotten Noir Collection, the second movie in a double feature. This one stars Raymond Burr (Perry Mason and Ironsides TV series actor). He is a bad guy in this movie which is a turn from usual role I've seen him play, but he did play in a number of different movies and parts and his acting has always been outstanding. This movie is about you girls being hired from all over the world to be trained and become fusion models only to end up in Mexico in a prostitution role for the rich and wealthy gentlemen who can pay for such services. Two of the young girls attempt escape only to fall back in the hands of trouble, one is later successful and falls in the arms of our trusted American Good Guy. Very enjoyable hidden movie that I doubt you would see on cable today. Its all of 4 stars
