Bond 4 brings evil-pirate-dude, evil-big-fishies and assorted evil-number-coded-fluff-cast. SPECTRE steals two nuclear bombs in a creative way, gets us a lot of underwater shots, shows us how cool an yacht can be and gives a big sea battle between goons and american divers.
