On looks this is amazing, just like 'Nightmare' plus of course its Burton's work which is a winner for me. But this just doesn't hit the mark, the songs aren't catchy and the characters don't have the same appeal, didn't like all the skeletons, they arent characters, just skeleto...( read more)

This film is visually stunning. The animation is excellent and pulls out all the stops. It' a typical gothic outlook on things from Tim Burton whose macabre film making is imaginative. However, the plot is thin and predictable and doesn't quite have the sparkle that the Nightmare...( read more)

Lovely movie. Although I always had the feeling most people just liked Emily because she was a corpse.
My personal favorite was bonejangles.
