Plot: A tin one-man-band toy tries to escape a destructive baby.
TIN TOY (1988)
directed by John LasseterThe living room is filled with toys. A baby comes in but rather than playing with them he puts them in his mouth and one little tin one-man-band will try to escape. Every steps he take makes his drum or trumpet noisy. He tries to run away but find under the couch a whole bunch of toys also scared of the kid. The tin man will have to sacrifice himself to save the others. This one will sure put a smile on your face cause its fun. For that though, you need to pass the baby's look. The animation, not being top notch back then, makes the baby look like an alien or something and is actually kind of scary. Although the cartoon-like spirit of this one makes up for the baby's huge head. Its fun to see how all the Pixar shorts were slowly leading to Toy Story.
