Watched it many, many times. The chemistry between Kate Winslet and Leonardo Dicarpio was palpable, despite all the fat and old jokes. The music and superb acting added to the overall effect of suffering, sacrifice and love.
It was a great movie! I watched it when it first came out, so I was still pretty young, but I like to watch it when I get the chance still. It got me very interested not only in the movie, but also in the true Titanic history.
watched it in cinemas, fell asleep. I actually passede out from boredom. on my list of worst movies, everything drawn out to the point of exhaustion. Still, gave Dicaprio a foothold for his career.
Leonardo's acting seemed stunted in this film. While it's a lavish story with amazing sets it is not one of Cameron's best films. And why could Kate not share that large door she's lying on with Leonardo?? There was enough room for both of them!!!
Classic. A rich man, a beautiful lady, a spitting contest, beautiful lady falls in love with the ever adorable but tender little scamp DiCaprio, Iceberg!, water, sinking, screaming and somersaults off propellers.... this movie's got it made!
Titanic was sooo long and boring that I seriously learned how to knit during it! No Joke! Plus...the culture that arose with it was just rediculous...Titanic was everywhere!
I thought it was a very very good love story with lots of drama, and the best acting i have ever seen, but the ending was so sad. I want to see it again soon.
