Fair as its own movie, but disappointing as a part of the franchise. It just didn't feature enough of its title character - and what else would you be watching it for? Mediocre at best.
Director Ataru Oikawa works up another Tomie flick with Anri Ban joining the cast playing the villainous Tomie in the not so special edition to the always and forever...Tomie.
