I wouldn't even waste a pay cable station on this. It's strickly stuck-in-bed-sick on TNT type of a feature. That way when you pass out from the meds you can console yourself that you really didn't miss anything.
Likeable comedy crime caper full of the usual stereotypes, but it did make me laugh.

haven't seen this movie in quite some time. should probably watch it again so i can give it a better review
Stock-standard comedy with an interesting idea (thieves rob a small-town bank, but find they can't leave the town, no matter how hard they try), made watchable by its three leads -- implausibly playing brothers. And, is it just me, or is Dana Carvey doing a Mickey Rourke impression?
