Critic Reviews

  • John Beifuss, Commercial Appeal (Memphis, TN)

I admit it: I have a soft spot in my heart (and my head) for the stupefying, inexplicable 'Trog.'

  • Steve "Uncle Creepy" Barton, Dread Central

While not a classic by any stretch of the imagination, Trog is still a damned fine little monster movie and stands proudly as one of the best bad flicks you will ever see!

  • Gerry Shamray, Sun Newspapers of Cleveland

Not one of Crawford's finer roles.

This doesn't get three and a half stars because it's a good film. It gets three and a half stars because it's so bad that it's actually fun to watch. You have to give Joan Crawford credit, even with this material she gives it her all. What a trooper!
