MCT:June 4, 2008An 80's film with Shelley Long playing den mother to her daughter's scout troop. A star studded cast and a few funny cameos from other stars make this a funny movie to watch. Mostly for 80's fans though!!!!!!!

Not a bad comedy with Shelley Long as a stinking-rich Beverly Hills housewife takes her daughter's troop of obnoxious girl guides off on a caring, sharing trip.

Eighties film about a troop of wilderness girls from Beverley Hills who are more interested in looking good than coming to terms with nature. But like all feel-good eighties films, they come out on top, showing that, despite their rich parents who give them everything they want, they are still girls underneath who want to be normal like everyone else. Nice girly film.

Cute movie about a mother who is going through a divorce she doesn't want, but doesn't know how to stop it. She takes over as leader of her daughters troop and begins a journey of life changing events. She learns in the in what's important in life.

Poor Shelley Long. She gave up a cushy prime time tv gig to star in movies like this and Frozen Assets. A fun guily pleasure, though.
