Critic Reviews from Rotten Tomatoes

"A strong horror mystery that skirts the edge of torture porn but never quite resorts to such exploitative violence..."
‑ Felix Vasquez Jr., Cinema Crazed
"Truth or Dare is often unintentionally laughable, motivationally confused and largely inept."
‑ Jack Jones, Little White Lies
"Essentially a softcore variation on torture porn. Just say no."
‑ Tim Robey, Daily Telegraph
"I do mean "broad, pulpy, trashy" as a compliment."
‑ Scott Weinberg, FEARnet
"Brutal but fairly bog-standard Brit horror."
‑ Kim Newman, Empire Magazine
"Robert Heath's horror is riddled with plot holes and atrocious dialogue, but has a couple of brilliantly bananas performances and the odd crunchy jump."
‑ Catherine Shoard, Guardian [UK]
"One to miss."
‑ Jennifer Tate, ViewLondon
"A dislikable crowd whose violent comeuppances are unlikely to make the audience warm to them."
‑ Philip French, Observer [UK]
"Jennie Jacques smoulders as a liplicking bad girl but the sad truth is that this below-par horror doesn't dare do anything memorable."
‑ Jamie Russell, Total Film
