Inspired by the tale of {_Book of Mormon} tale of Alma the Younger, director Brian A. Brough's drama tells the tale of an aspiring tennis star who may have a higher calling. Sara is a talented athlete who is currently vying for a coveted spot at an elite summer tennis program. Colton is a young man who feeds on the pain of others, and takes great delight in chastising his peers for going to church. Still, Colton's parents pray every night that their son will find salvation. One night, after a wild party, Colton and Sara are both involved in a horrific car accident. In the aftermath of the accident, Colton experiences a bizarre personal transformation. Gone is the tormentor who once isolated himself from his peers, and in his place is a person who seems to have a strong sense of both compassion and empathy. While Sara is crushed to learn that she will no longer be able to take part in the high profile tennis program, the sincere Colton does his best to placate the pain by proving just how big of a role she truly played in turning his life around. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
