I really like Weird Al as a singer, I've been listening to him since I can remember because my parents loved him, too. My parents actually had this movie bought and I was curious one day (about the years I started to really love movies) and I went looking through their movies, well I found UHF. I thought hey this has to be funny Weird Al is in it! And believe me it was. I don't remember a moment I didn't laugh. This has a great cast and a hilarious plot. I think this has to be one of the first really hilarious comedies that I saw when I was young. I really think that this is a movie everyone should see. Yea I'll admit it's kinda cheesey and that the special effects aren't that good but there aren't that many special effects so it doesn't really matter! Seriously see this movie, if not for me, for the sake of laughing!

This movie has a really bad plot. On the other hand a lot of the sketches are funny. Surprisingly the songs are not very good in this movie compared to Weird Al's other songs.

Being a big Weird Al fan, I can definitely say I appreciated the zany humor and parodies of movies and television, and think that many others could too if this wasn't so underrated. Don't pass up a chance to see this, its a good, and apart from the presence of some poorly recreated fallen off human limbs, clean laugh.

It must be noted that 'Weird' Al Yankovic is one of the few comedians at the moment, who do not include filth as entertainment. His songs he creates are perfect for any age, and this film, even after 18 years, still include the zany humour that Yankovic is well known for. The acting isn't Oscar nominated acting, but still good and fits in with the tone of the movie. Some scenes could be cringe worthy but there are some clever jokes made. His movie spoofs which are included in the film are the highlight. You just wish for more to appear. I don't think it's everyones taste in comedy, but you should give it a go. If you haven't heard his music before, i do recommend you give some tracks a listen, as it is very smart music making.

A bit elementary as production quality goes but I like the jokes and spoofs on the commercials. The music video in the middle of the picture may be distracting, probably its biggest shortcoming.

Yeah, I know sounds really stupid. But, it was actually really funny. I mean Weird Al could never win an oscar but oh well.

Weird Al brings madcap satire to the big screen with supporting talent from Seinfeld's Michael Richards and SNL's Victoria Jackson. a must-see for fans of Weird Al, as well as anyone who loves zany, over-the-top humour.

This is a very funny, goofy, Weird Al movie-hence his name. "You're a Lucky, Lucky, Lucky little boy....." On my "Pretty Ridiculous, But I Still Like 'Em" list. DVD.

Inconsistent Weird Al vehicle. Has its moments, but overall kind of stupid. It still entertained me for an hour and a half however, and I'll give it an extra star for its pure wacky value.

The genius of the film is how much they stuff into an hour and a half. On the first run through it is just fun to watch and characters are wonky but not crazy. After watching it a couple of times it is quite amazing how many subtle references to other films and commercials you start to catch.

It was extremely hilarious and yet inspiring. Weird Al and Michael Richards the man we know better as Kosmo Cramer did a terrific job. It was funny form the beginning to the end and is really worth watching.

Good movie to mock TV with and it is just funny to watch. Weird Al did a better job in this movie than what I expected him to. The beginning and music video are priceless.

This movie was great. It was hilarious! I love good old comedies. They're great! It had great humor and great actors I mean it's weird Al and Kramer for crying out loud! Who can beat that! The best parts in this movie are the guy who yells "Stupid" all the time and Kramer the mop guy. Its hilarious. I'm going to have to buy this movie and watch it again. It's great!

If you love Weird Al, you have to see this movie. Also, there's an appearance of a young Michael Richards that is quite good.

Come for Weird Al, stay for the ridiculous TV show and movie parodies including Raiders of the Lost Ark, Rambo and Gandi II.

Stupid funny from the man of a thousand parodies. Michael Richard, Fran Drescher, Weird Al, Billy Barty, some spanish dude licking turtles then hurling them at a ceiling. What more does one ask for in a clean comedy. I don't usually go for clean stuff but this is highly recommended for charm and wit, as well as fine parodies of classic films.

A wacky spoof flick that plays most of its laughs pretty safe but has enough moments of cleverness to warrant a watching. Has much of the same kind of humor that one would expect from Weird Al and its premise opened itself up to a whole lot of unrelated skits. A lot of these skits were a whole lot funnier than most of the movie. Some of the other parts were a bit dull but it never crosses into being obnoxious, a fate of many other spoof films.
