melville blends his usual style with a gripping crime story that tracks every detail as parts of the story unfold in almost real time. the only drawback might be the films accessability as it is so intelligently written and filmed that one might have to be almost too smart to tr...( read more)ack along the way, but those that follow the story will be drawn in. phenomenal film.

Eu não consigo acreditar que alguém tenha REALMENTE gostado desse filme. Assisti-lo por inteiro foi uma tortura, não me importa se é do Melville, se tem a Deneuve e o Alain Delon. Some intriguing story lines... slow pacing... ultra cool Delon

A major dissapointment. Melville starts of brilliantly with one of the finest intros to a crime drama I can think of. but the tale falls flat immediatly after. And the production value is extremely low.
