The one thing that I can't get over is how heinous Tia treats her mom. But everything gets wrapped up in a neat little package.
From the hand of John Hughes, obviously. Another miracle from John Candy. Plenty of laughs.
Uncle Buck serves as a vehicle for showcasing the comedy and loveable nature of John Candy who tragicly died at such a young age. A great childrens comedy with alot for adults to enjoy also.
They don't make films like this anymore! This is a great, humourous film with brilliant young (then) talent from Macaulay and Gaby. John Candy produces a brilliant, humourous performance and shows chemistry not just with the older actors but young ones also. Great film.

Uncle Buck was a funny movie how he took care of the kids and how he scarred off her boyfriend
This is one of my all time favorite comedies of John Candy! He is one of the funniest commediens I know. I was hearbroken when he passed away.
This movie has a weak ending but the rest is good. John Candy gives a good performance and the kids are likable. Overall this is a nice family comedy.
Uncle Buck has a reputation for being unreliable and a bit of a house wrecker. It is therefore with reluctance, his sister-in-law agrees to leave Buck looking after the kids (two harmless youngsters and a rebelious teenager) when she visits her sick father.
Take this quarter go down town and have a rat naw that thing off your face, LOL!
John Candy...I salute you. this is possibly one of the funniest films to walk out of the eighties
this is what happened to the boy who could fly...he went into hiding and bought a beret.
It may look stupid, but yoo HAVE to give it a try! It is really, really good.
