December 23, 2009Bottom-of-the-barrel, blaxploitation parody released around the time Austin Powers' popularity plateaued. The smaller budget shows and some of the topical comedy is dated. But there are enough on-the-mark gags and enough of Dave Chappelle's presence to warrant a second look.
