Watched it 10 times. Couldn't stop watching it - finally sent it to a retired navy guy, just so I'd stop watching it so I could do things I needed to do. Top-drawer in every way - excellent acting in every role - snappy script. If I could find a criticism of this movie, it'd b...( read more)
this is a common thing in the military too many people in charge but only one to take the blame when things go bad.
its a good submarine movies, its shows in any job,the most usefull is the more experience you have, than what you learn in the books, a good instinct and good judgement on what your instinct tells you..
I just loved this movie-very well done and I just love this actor. :) :P

It was an okay submarine action movie the way they showed how people become once they got power over something, nice to see when people are thinking about all their crew members and not just to find the reason but to do it in away that everyone benefifts from.
