As a stand alone film its not too bad but as an adaptation it's horrible. The comic is far superior and deserved better. Portman is terribly miscast but Rea, Hurt and Weaving make up for it.

So, I finally got around to watching this movie that everyone was telling me about! I must say, I was impressed. Good acting plus a great storyline makes for an automatic sweet movie. I would definitely recommend this one.
