A slightly silly (but enjoyable) snake saga with a fine cast that includes Sterling Hayden, Klaus Kinski, Sarah Miles, Oliver Reed, Susan George & Nicol Williamson. The director Piers Haggard also made the classic horror movie Blood On Satan's Claw.

What's this Voodoo kick Hollywood is on? I don't find snakes scary at all, but whatever. The end was okay though.

MCT:August 16, 2006A really tight thriller from britain. Oliver Reed is great. Klaus Kinski is soooooo evil. They take members of a family hostage in there own home. The police show up resulting in a stand-off. The stakes are upped by the deadly black mamba loose in the house!
