Really excitement, funny and adventure with laughs and some scenes do look familiar like Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Psycho (Gromit enters in local celebrity Piella Bakewell's house) and Aliens (Piella vs her poddle, Fluffles in the bulldozer). Award-winning director Nick Park created his much loved claymation characters to more effective short format than his latest three Wallace & Gromit short films.

The bumbling cheese lover and his canine side kick return once again in this, the highest rated TV show on British TV this Christmas. This time they tangle with a bread hating serial killer and it's pretty much a case of more of the same. Unfortunately it's nowhere near as inventive or surreal as the earlier outings, but it still has plenty of amusing sight gags and slapstick combined with cringe inducing puns. Although it's never really laugh out loud funny, the animation is as top notch as always, and when the characters are seen in extreme close up, you can even see the fingerprints of the animators embedded in the clay; this is an example of the kind of care and attention that plasticky computer generated cartoons can never reproduce. And where else can you see a scene that combines homages to both the original Adam West Batman film AND Aliens?!

A short animation of Wallace and Gormit who are bakers. Wallace falls for the Baker Lite advertising girl. There just happens to be a serial baker killer on the loose. Gormit has to save Wallace.

A pretty good entry into the Wallace and Gromit collection. However it is one of the short ones only 30 minutes long, some nice jokes as always but a very simple plot. Great for fans or youngsters but many would enjoy the longer and better curse of the Were-Rabbit.

Lighter Wallace and Gromit fair is still high quality short subject entertainment. This time around Wallace has decided to be a bit of an entrepreneur and opens his own baking shop. He soon becomes infatuated with a pudgy woman who used to be an old bakery commercial model. As usual with our poor hero the gal responds to his flirtations but may have a hidden agenda and be more interested with his business that him.

Not as up to par as previous adventures but still great fun nonetheless. It did give me much desire for a good loaf.
