This movie is captivating. The performances are excellent and the drama of the characters' lives is too much not to take it straight to heart

It is a depressing movie about decaying marriages. Two couples who are best friends with each other find attention in the other couple's spouse.

Beautifully directed, although it gets a little melodramatic toward the end, as films like this tend to do. Watts and Ruffalo are amazing.
