that was a fat kid....and i'm glad the kids in the town made friends with him and help him get baptist....a great storyline....so don't judge a book by it's cover until u read the inside, u might like it....same as people, don't judge a person based on how they look, get to know the person and know their heart....looks will fade away but a true friend will stay around....everybody is beautiful....different and unique and has gifts that God blessed them to have.....a good movie...
The movie was pretty decent and I can't believe how grown up Jonathan Lipnicki is because last movie I saw him in was Jerry Maguire. But the movie kept me interested until the ending. The ending was almost great untill the last 20 seconds of pure stupid CG cheesiness. But the rest of the film was nice to watch.
The movie was an alright watch. In reality it was just a bunch of dramatic things happening in a young boys life that sort-of tied into his new friendship found in "The fattest boy in the world".
It's worth a watch one time and has some decent scenes. However the ending was ridiculous. (Why any obsese kid would enjoy being a circus-freak is beyond me) and the little girl actor in it was the most annoying child actor I have ever seen on tv, movie, period.
I loved how jonathin lipniki and cody linely look nothing like the way they do now!!! The movie made me feel something in my heart. But other than that it was ok. i liked it.
What WAS this movie? We watched it in our kids' lit class and I'm still not entirely sure what was going on. It started off promising, but then degenerated into a series of ridiculous, randomly dramatic events. It also contained some of the creepiest child-in-love scenes I have ever seen in my life. Too bad, because most of the child actors were at least moderately convincing. But in general, it was too disjointed and too silly.
