A pretty interesting but predictable film of a journalist who tries to find the truth of a murder that had two star entertainers involved in. Bacon good as always but the rest of the cast did nothing but an average performance.

This was absolutely fantastic and... I'd never heard of it.
Unfortunately, its German title is the same as that of True Lies and so when you hear the title you immediately think of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis so I guess that's why this one got lost on me.

Atom Egoyan (See The sweet Here After)directed it. Kevin Bacon and Colin Firth (Great actors both horribly miscast and you can tell there incredable uncomfortable in the film by it's content.) and a 2 gifted promising actresses. What's the problem? The best thing they could have ...( read more)

Pretty much everything they say about it on Rotten Tomatoes is true, but -- even with its flaws -- I kind of liked it. I think it certainly rates better than 39%.

after over 30mins this one still was extremly borring
so i stoped watching - maybe it becommes better after this, no idea
and don't care
a movie which can't make me care after 30mins is a waste of time -
