A rehash of the first two. The "good" girl and the "bad" girl engage in another threesome with a doctor who is in on the scam with them. Again the scam involves getting loads of money from the rich girl's dad. Linden Ashby is back as a cop. Beach volleyball at Blue Bay high has been replaced by swimming and diving. All the attractive bodies are a bit more titillating than in the first sequel and the plot twists are a bit closer to the original's. The reveals during the end credits, which I guess are a staple of this franchise, contain a couple legit missing pieces.

This is the perfect movie to watch after a hard day at work, when you just want to give your brain a rest and indulge in some trashy entertainment. The plot of this updated Wild Things is weak and the acting isn't much better. If you want to see two beautiful girls kissing and fondling each other or getting even with nasty older guys, then this is a movie for you. Be warned though, you could spend your next 87 minutes doing something better! Wild Things 3: Diamonds in the Rough is a brainless mess of a film. What a waste of time!
