Almost heaven, West Virginia . . .
I don't think the West Virginia Visitors Bureau appreciated this movie as much as they did John Denver's love song for their homeland. Just guessing . . .
I tell you, if the Wrong Turn franchise were a publicly traded stock, I wo

Mutated hillbillies can be a real pain in the arse. And eye socket. Basically, more of the same from the franchise that wants to be the next Texas Chainsaw Massacre. This time out, instead of Eliza Dushku, we get the quite gorgeous Erica Leerhsen (from... wait, you'll never guess...( read more)

It's great that Wrong Turn was made because that caused Wrong Turn 2 to be made!
This sequel is a hell of an upped ante. More bodies, better kills, more original premise, better script, improved effects. For horror fans, the first movie is just a regurguatation of so muc...( read more) -

Just as good as the first pretty much, if maybe not quite as tense or shocking. Very gory and violent, just like the first and similar to the hills have eyes. If you can handle the gore and are a horror fan you'll enjoy this.

Hm...what to say? The first one was pretty good...I just will never understand why if you have to make a sequel can't you make a decent one...it's been done successfully. This was so so...and Kimberly Caldwell? Oh please...

This one was the best out of the three made. There was so many more Hillbillies than the last one. Plus u never knew who was going to die next and what way. I loved it and the gore.

October 19, 2007I thought it was good. For me it was better than the first one. The killing scenes were better. The only thing that could have been taken out was the sex scene by the river that was too much. The abnormal females in this movie are crazy. overall i was satisfied with the movie a must watch for halloween.

October 9, 2007This film is the goriest this year & probably the goriest horror film in the last couple of years. Not near as good as the first one & the acting & dialog is not that good even the gore at times looks fake but it delivers few cool death scenes. The first one is superior than the sequel at all levels.I still give credit to this director for his ambition to manage to keep this film at a fast pace & make it a gore-fest.I wasn't feeling the film in the beginning because it was too campy but couldn't help to get into the mayhem specially the last 20-25 mins of this film is extremely gory.
Not even Hatchet is as gory as Wrong Turn 2. -

July 21, 2007This is actually Joe Lynch's first project as a director. What are the chances of him doing wonders with a sequel?
Wrong Turn 2 has also been said to have a lower budget than Wrong Turn (2003). Wrong Turn had a budget of $10,000,000 (estimated) whilst Wrong Turn 2 has a budget of $4,000,000 (estimated) -
July 19, 2007Loved the 1st movie but looked a bit lowkey (lowbudget) and its also coming straight to DVD what does that tell you, but i guess its worth a look.
