This is a poor man's Forrest Gump! No, for real! This idiot goes around and creates and does things and although perhaps he's just as naive as Forrest, at least he's smarter & less retarded.

Tho,.. sort of retarded! What do you expect from an actor who's name is "Yahoo Serious"?

Mostly retarded, but most of his reasoning was sound at least. I'll admit I almost couldn't stand it when the cook was putting the kittens in the pie. It was like this terrible blended feeling of love for the cute kittens, and horror that they're being put in the pie. I don't know... I want a kitten...

Yahoo Serious should make a comeback, if not only to remind us that some dude had to go through life with the name Yahoo...Serious. I'm still on the floor.

I actually had to watch this for an English class. I re-watched recently and it is still hilarious. Of course, I can get behind anything starring a guy named Yahoo Serious. Not only that but Young Einstein makes science fun! Who knew that Einstein invented and discovered everything! What a revealing tale.

In all seriousness, this is a B movie done well. It's quirky, odd, and...well....pure Australian.

Classic Aussie Movie, and the only one with Yahoo Serious in it that's worth seeing.
Who knew that it was splitting the beer atom that brought us both Nuclear Physics and frothy beer.

Interesting spoof of the life of a Young Albert Einstein by Yahoo Serious. Excellent music, and very funny moments. Einstien has learned to split the Beer Atom to make Beer foam possible!... its his adversary steals his idea and tries to claim it for himself at the Australian Scientist Fair.

This guy isn't that funny. I've sat through this movie a couple times giving it multiple chances each time. It's just plain boring. It's allright if you don't have anything else going on and you feel like wasting your time but if you have things to do... do them first.

I made my husband take me to see this at the theater, and he STILL hasn't let me forget it! Oh, what a stinker-not even worth the 1/2 a star I gave it.

Different to believe, Einstein invented not only relativity, but also the electric guitar and surfing, splitting the atom in his spare time.

Whatever happened to Yahoo Serious, anyway?

After watching it again, it's a bit too cheesy for anyone between kid and adult age to really enjoy. It's not THAT bad though, entertaining enough when bored I guess.

Yahoo Serious wrote, produced, directed and starred in Young Einstein. "Who is Yahoo Serious?" u might ask. Well he was this weird Australian who made a quirky funny hit movie in the mid 80s followed up by couple lacklustre ones then disappeared to who knows where. Me, I believe he's hanging out with Paul Hogan and the Crocodile Hunter somewhere in the outback drinking Fosters.

The true story of how Albert Einstein left Tasmania and become a famous physicist, invented rock n roll, and saves the world, after an apple fell on his head. I only saw this as a kid, so my memory is a little jaded. At the time it seemed bloody fantastic. So I assume that it still is since my impressions of films are 100% accurate. Therefore, check it out now punk!
