A roller-coaster of a production, Ghostbusters III remains one of the most anticipated sequels in franchise history. With the recent announcement on Access Hollywood that Dan Aykroyd has left Sony Pictures on the account that they would not agree to make Ghostbusters III, the future does look bleak, at least the near future. Dan Aykroyd remains committed to seeing his vision of another Ghostbusters film come to the silver screen.

    I would love to see another sequel, My kids love watching the other 2 just goes to prove that the oldies can be just as good as the movies of today.

    I've always heard that they never made a Ghostbusters III because Bill Murray wouldn't do another. Maybe a ton of cash is changing his mind.

    I dont see why not,if its got a good story and all the original cast are in it and they do something different,if they can do 20+ james bond films and 6 rocky films
