Has richard Really Put on all that weight?? How could someone who wanted to be a pro hockey player and used participate in everything get like this??

    Doyou realize that this past year Richard has had two surgeries? One for knee and one for shoulder. This keeps him from persuing favorite activities like hockey, soccer, tennis, etc that he has always used to keep fit. He has another knee surgery coming up, so I'm sure that this inactivity has caused the recent bit of weight gain. I hope you are all ashamed of yourselves and god hope you never have to have a surgical procedure that keeps you off your feet for months at a time!

    RDA is hot thats all there is two it and I for don't like photos that much cause they can tell lies and He is a really good actor and will be remember after he is long gone and that what really counts.

    But Stargate is the Best I don't really like MQV I think it was far to out strechted, But no it doesn't matter how big you look in a photo it how people think of u that matters and I think he is hot for how old he is .

    I agree with Fangirl. Who cares if RDA put on some weight. Besides, he still looks the same to me as when he was on SG-1. He'll always be one of the greatest actors on one of the greatest TV shows (MacGyver) of all time regardless of how much weight he gains or loses!

    Gimme a break. RDA is in his mid-50's...How wonderfully thin do you think you'll look at his age???? I love him even with a few extra lbs on him. It's probably from being able to spend more time with his daughter.

    age and fatherhood tend to do that to guys...

    the clothes he is wearing in that photo are quite baggy looking anyway so it's difficult to judge just how much weight he may have put on in the last few years since he retired frm SG-1...

    Sure he put on weight, he is getting older after all. Who cares if he put on some weight? He's still RDA which means he's still the coolest guy ever ;)

    He looked a little bigger in recent epis of Stargate, but not a bit difference. In this pic he probably just looks bigger cuz he is smiling so hard.
