i cant wait for this one McFarlane is a genius and his writeing the script this time. SAWEEEEET!

man i just hope theres some really good action scenes, i hate how people just basically stand there and shoot,and dont even get hit or die. i thought the story of the first movie could have been interesting if it was properly done, but no, they wanted a blockbuster, they should make the movie just how the spawn cartoon is, dark and depressing where alot of bad shit happens to everyone.

Spawn was a kiddie rip-off! The HBO Cartoon Series had it right and involved Todd much more. I hope this time Todd keeps taps on all that is happening and doesn't let hollywood ruin another great comic book hero. I know Todd can write something that would scare me, ME, he is a modern HP Lovecraft and should be a household name by now.

I thought the actor that played spawn was good and the character and storyline were allright...but the villians were stupid ass hell... that clown and the evil like scrawny dog from hell... was kiddy like and stupid!!! Id like to see that same dude play spawn b.c. he was in great shape and the fact that if u heard his voice in a dark alley u would piss urself lol

McFarlane is going to have a big say in this one. It should turn out good. If it's anything like the HBO mini-series it will be AMAZING. If it's like the old movies it will disappoint. Either way it'll be interesting to see how this one turns out.

I feel the world is ready for Spawn again, but if it is straight to dvd I may stay away, as in the Butterfly Effect2 that was a bad movie!!!

This is hilarious. Hollywood is so impatient, if a film didnt work like they wanted they remake a new one right away, like with The Punisher or The Hulk. I know people like superheroes right now but give us a break. Although Spawn deserve a good film.

Hopefully they do a better job than the first one. It's a great story, but the silver screen version didn't do it justice.

I love it! My daughter's name is Cyan, but spelled Ci'ann from the actual comic book! She is 4 now and loves to hear her name when we watch Spawny!! I say Rock It!!
