Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan is facing possible fraud charges over an illegal deal to buy farmland in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh.
A report by a senior state government official is recommending that criminal charges be brought in the case.
On Friday, a court in Uttar Pradesh ruled that registering the land in the star's name amounted to fraud.
