How the hell do you get time off for good behavior when you haven't been in yet? That's ridiculous.
Frankly, it's awesome that she's in prison: she violated her probation on more than one account! For anyone else, it'd mean more jail time and a hefty fine (I'm sure she got a hefty fine, but to her, hefty is about $2.3 million.)
